Project WISE (Women Initiative for Skills and Employment) is a strategic intervention designed to break the cycle of poverty for young women from underprivileged backgrounds across four Nigerian states: Enugu, Lagos, Ibadan, and Ogun. While Nigeria’s hospitality sector is growing, many vulnerable women lack the professional standards and technical training required to access high-quality employment. This one-year program addresses this gap through a dual-track approach: providing full scholarships for intensive vocational training to 20 young women and implementing a "train the trainers" component to ensure the long-term sustainability of the curriculum. By equipping these women with specialized hospitality skills, the project transitions them from economic instability to professional self-sufficiency.

Activity: Promote empowerment and economic independence through high-standard vocational training in the hospitality sector, fostering equal access to formal employment and professional leadership for under-privileged women.
